Day 212: Isaiah 59-63

I think the first half of chapter 59 is a great description of sin.  And as you read on, you see what God is going to do.

Again, 60 and 61 are such words of comfort.  I am seeing now why so many people enjoy reading Isaiah.  There are so many great promises in there for a captive Israel as well as for our future!

These verses about the future kingdom and Zion's new name are such timely readings for me.  I attended a class yesterday about end times prophecy and and some of these verses were used!  I have been struck how many times things in my life this year have mirrored what we re reading each day.  Sometimes I hear the exact same verse that I read that morning on the radio or something.  Cool.
