Day 163: 1 King 7, 2 Chronicles 4
I am confused. Why did we hear about the temple being built, and then Solomon's palace, and then the furnishings in the temple? Is the order that things were completed in? And I always thought it was a big deal and bad priorities that Solomon took longer to build his palace than the temple. My footnotes say that is not the case. Hmmm.

I thought the same thing, my notes say that Solomon's house took longer because there wasn't the urgency that there was with the temple, but Solomon's palace was bigger than the temple.
