Day 156: Proverbs 7-9

I like the personification of "wisdom" as she calls to people.  Why do so few hear her?  Maybe because God is counting on us to speak for Him so often and we don't.

In chapter 9 I like the image of wisdom and folly competing to "win" people.  That happens to me every day!

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." is definitely the theme verse for Proverbs.
