Chapter 5 gives such good arguments against adultery. I've heard that the divorce rate is not different within the Christian community than outside. I wonder if the same is true of adultery.
When Chapter 6 talks about laziness, it hits home for me. I don't sleep excessively like it talks about, but I know that I do waste a lot of time, and for that matter opportunities.
Also good points in 6 about how even toying with the idea of adultery is like playing with fire and thinking no one is going to get hurt.
