I can understand why the author had to really hammer in the point "sacrificing once for all". These people were so used to the routine of sin-sacrifice-sin-sacrifice, that it was probably somewhat hard for them to grasp the concept that they didn't have to do that anymore.
10:19-25. Too much to type out here, but I could read these verses every day!
Here is a good note for chapter 11: Two words describe faith: sure and certain. These 2 qualities need a secure beginning and ending point. The beginning point of faith is believing in God's character-he is who he says. The end point is believing in God's promises-he will do what he says. When we believe God will fulfill his promises even though we don't see those promises materializing yet, we demonstrate true faith.
