Day 358: 2 Timothy

"Therefore I endure everything for the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus." Once we are saved, our main purpose is to point others to Christ. Anything we have to endure seems insignificant in this light when we consider what is at stake!

The list at the beginning of chapter 3 seems to be so true today. The first part is kind of the root of all of it my opinion: lovers of themselves.
