Day 343: Romans 8-10

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with that glory that will be revealed in us." Not worth comparing. We compare everything...everything is relative to everything else in our world. But here is Paul who was suffering so much more than I do for the gospel and he says the difference is so great that it is not even worth a comparison!

I think of the loving way in God's word that he promises that nothing can separate us from his love. (8:35-39) I need to communicate this to my kids more.

Chapter 9 definitely speaks to election.
