Day 25: Genesis 38-40

Chapter 38 is a whole other drama within the big story that is going on. For me all these stories just highlight that these were all real people who really lived and had the same mixed up lives that people do today.

What I notice at the beginning of Chapter 39 is that Joseph worked hard and was faithful to Potiphar, but things ran smoothly because God's hand was on his life. What a great lesson. We need to be obedient and do our best, but ultimately, the results are up to God.
