Day 208: Isaiah 44-48

Well, I am back from vacation and still one day behind.  With the lack of a routine in summer, sometimes I find it difficult.  Sorry.....I'll get there.

I like the images in 44:5 of being proud of belonging to God.  Are we?

The description of wooden idols can be eye-opening.  That sounds so ridiculous to bow down to a hunk of wood.  Really the idols that we have in our lives are just as stupid, although we don't see it....just like the wood craftsman.

The claims God makes in these chapters today are so amazingly great and just what I needed to read this morning!!
