Day 259: Daniel 7-9

Whew! Thank you for footnotes! Upon reading through chapter 7, I would not have had a clue what everything represented. Even the section entitled "interpretation of the dream" is confusing to me. I do definitely recognize the switch to end times prophecy which is in there though.

Don't be confused in 8:17. The 'time of the end' is not end times like I originally thought. It refers to the period of time from the end of the exile until the 2nd coming of Christ. i.e. the period we are still in. Interesting.

I really like Daniel's prayer in chapter 9. What a great example.
