Day 251: Ezekiel 38-39

My notes helped to clarify who Gog is.  Well, actually they say there are differing views on this account.  It may happen at the end of human history.  Gog may be be a symbol of all the evil in the world.  Whether symbolic or literal, Gog represents the aggregate military might of all the forces opposed to God.  Regardless of when this battle will occur, the message is clear:  God will deliver his people-no enemy can stand before his mighty power.  As I read through this, I think about all who have come against Israel as a people and a nation, yet they still stand today.  Yet ANOTHER proof that God is true and his Word is accurate.

The last 2 verses of 39 are a great promise.  My notes say that this speaks of Pentecost.
