Day 127: 2 Samuel 7, 1 Chronicles 17

It is kind of funny to read about building a house for God so He doesn't have to live in a tent any longer.  God turns it around with the emphasis of building David's dynasty.  Of course this ultimately is building a "house" for God since Jesus is going to be part of that dynasty.

I didn't realize (or maybe I had forgotten) that 2 Samuel and 1 Chronicles are very much the same accounts.
