Day 81: Deuteronomy 32-34, Psalm 91

32:47 is awesome. "They (the law) are not just idle words for you -- they are your life. By them you will live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess." I think for so many Christians today, the Old Testament becomes idle words. I am so glad I am reading through it right now!!

34:10-12 What an awesome final comment on the life of Moses!

Psalm 91: I wonder why this Psalm falls here as we read chronologically. My Bible says the author is Anonymous. Anyone know more?

  1. Nope, I know no more in regards to the Psalm. :) I love how I am continually reminded and this set of passages was no exception that we are not to fear. That God is with us, has been with us, and will be with us. He has sent people to be with us. If we dwell and abide in Him, He is our refugee and our fortress. It is such a continual theme and one that I need to remember. Put your trust in the One who loves us so much.
